Service Fees
Virtual Initial Assessment/Intake Session: $210 for 60 minutes
Virtual Individual Therapy Session: $185 for 45 minutes

Reduced-Rate Therapy Offering
At Inner Strength Counseling Services, I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. That’s why I’ve partnered with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable therapy to individuals and families facing financial constraints.
Through this partnership, I offer reduced-rate therapy sessions to eligible clients. Open Path’s sliding-scale model ensures that financial barriers don’t prevent you from receiving the support you need.
How It Works:
✔ Join Open Path – Register online and pay a one-time $65 membership fee for lifetime access to reduced-rate sessions.
✔ Find a Therapist – Search for providers within the Open Path network, including myself.
✔ Schedule Sessions – Once connected, you can schedule therapy at a rate of $40-$70 per session ($30 flat-rate with a student intern).

Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. We’ll meet at the scheduled time, and you can join from the comfort of your home or another private, quiet space. During our session, we’ll discuss your thoughts, feelings, and goals just as we would in person.
Please note: You must be located in the state of NJ, FL, or SC to participate in virtual sessions. All sessions must be stationary; please ensure you are not driving or riding in a car during the session to maintain your safety and focus. For your safety, I will confirm your address weekly in case emergency personnel need to be contacted.

For a smooth virtual session, you’ll need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. It’s also helpful to be in a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable and won’t be interrupted.

Yes! Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Many clients find that the convenience and comfort of being at home make it easier to open up. I use the same evidence-based techniques and personalized approach for virtual sessions as I do in person.

We can discuss the best options for scheduling during your initial assessment or as needed. Please note that the day and time of your sessions are subject to change based on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours (business days) in advance via text or email. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and cancellation fees will apply. If no notice or late cancellation is provided, the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps ensure we make the best use of our time and resources.
