Diana Lapp, MSW, LCSW

I’m Diana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in social services, including 14 years specializing in counseling. I work with teens (14+) and adults (18+), helping them manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life challenges with confidence and resilience.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based Therapy. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you build effective coping strategies and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

In addition to virtual therapy for clients in NJ, FL, and SC, I offer walk-and-talk therapy in New Jersey, blending movement and the calming effects of nature with meaningful therapeutic conversations. I’m passionate about nature because it provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, slow down, and find clarity. Hiking is an essential part of my own self-care routine, and I often encourage clients to explore the therapeutic benefits of time spent outdoors.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel truly heard and understood. Whether we meet virtually or outdoors, I’m here to guide you through your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
