Walk & Get Inked for Mental Health
Join Inner Strength Counseling Services, LLC and Iron & Pine Tattoo Co. this Mental Health Awareness Month for a unique two-part event that promotes mental well-being, self-expression, and community support—all while raising funds for HIKE for Mental Health (HFMH).
Start the day with a Walk & Talk Therapy session on the scenic Middlesex Greenway, where you’ll connect with others, learn about mental health resources, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health challenges. Then, continue the experience at Iron & Pine Tattoo Co., where you can get a flash tattoo, explore local art, attend therapy consultations, join coping skills sessions, and participate in a raffle fundraiser—all benefiting HFMH.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the daily struggles many face and explore creative ways to enhance mental well-being. This event highlights Walk & Talk Therapy as a powerful, nature-based approach to mental health while supporting HFMH, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding for mental health research and trail conservation.
