Therapy and nature-based experiences for adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, or life transitions.

You’ve been holding it all together—but inside, it feels like too much…

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, or life transitions—especially women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that feels balanced and authentic

“I feel like I’m never enough, no matter how hard I try.”

“My mind is constantly racing, and I can’t keep up.”

“Stress, self-doubt, and burnout are running my life.”

“I’m questioning everything—my goals, my direction, my worth.”

“I feel restless but also stuck, like I’ve lost my sense of self.”

If this resonates, you’re not alone—learn how therapy can help.

How Therapy Can Help

1. Prioritize Well-Being: You’ll create healthier routines, set boundaries, and make time for yourself without guilt.

2. Quiet the Inner Critic: You’ll notice less negative self-talk and more moments of self-compassion in your daily life.

3. Find Clarity: You’ll feel more grounded when making decisions and better able to see possibilities instead of only obstacles.

4. Move Forward with Confidence: You’ll take action on your goals, feel empowered in your choices, and trust yourself to handle challenges.

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about creating real change you can feel in your everyday life. Together, we’ll work toward easing your mind, strengthening your confidence, and helping you reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or courage, our sessions will give you tools you can carry long after we finish.

Why Nature-Based Therapy

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from the natural rhythms around us. Nature-Based Therapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to slow down, breathe deeply, and step into the present moment. My Walk & Talk sessions combine the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the restorative power of being outdoors. As we walk side by side, the movement and fresh air can make it easier to open up, release tension, and think more clearly.

Research shows that spending time in nature can lower stress, improve mood, boost focus, and support overall mental well-being. Whether we meet for a mindful stroll through the woods or a peaceful trail walk, the environment becomes a co-therapist—offering calm, grounding, and perspective.

I offer both in-person Walk & Talk sessions in New Jersey and virtual sessions for those who prefer or need to stay indoors. Whether you’re drawn to the quiet of the forest or the comfort of your own space, we’ll choose the setting that best supports your growth and goals.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Healing and connection can happen in more ways than one-on-one sessions. Beyond traditional therapy, I offer mindful hikes, guided nature walks with meditation, women’s circles, professional networking meet-ups, and seasonal nature retreats. These experiences are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate meaningful connections in a supportive, natural environment.

Whether you’re seeking reflection, community, or inspiration, these gatherings complement your personal growth and offer a chance to experience the benefits of nature alongside others on a similar journey.

You can follow my own adventures and reflections on my Nature Journey Blog, where I share experiences, insights, and the transformative power of spending time in the outdoors. I also create mindfulness photo books and nature-inspired offerings, allowing people to bring a sense of calm and grounding into their everyday lives.
